Need to make a change? No worries! We're happy to process returns and exchanges within 30 days for all unused products in their original packaging.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

1. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage. We'll provide a return label via email, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

2. Tracking Numbers: When returning an order, furnish us with a tracking number for delivery proof. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned order.

3. Refunds: Expect refunds within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned order. Please note that bank processing times may extend the refund period up to 10 business days.
