Shipping Policy

At Molly & Mabel, we proudly ship worldwide with a commitment to sustainability. All orders are dispatched directly from our manufacturing hub, aligning with our ongoing efforts to reduce environmental impact.

While this streamlined process may extend delivery times slightly, the environmental benefit is substantial. Avoiding unnecessary air miles saves approximately 24kg of CO2 per shipment, contributing to a greener planet.

 Order Processing

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing before shipment.

 Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 12-30 business days after processing.
  • Priority Shipping: 10-20 business days after processing.

Upon shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information for each item. Please note that orders with multiple items may be shipped separately, reflecting our collaboration with various suppliers to offer a diverse product range.

 Shipping Disclaimers:

  1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.
  2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
  4. RefundsWe do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
  5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.
  6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will however issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.
  7. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility depending on current stock availability.
  8. Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs therefore shipping fees are non-refundable.
